  7. Automated notifications and reminders to keep users informed of their application status
  8. Reporting and analytics to track application status, user activity, and compliance metrics

/// Applicants/Owners

  • They are the Users of the online web portal where they will be signing up for the onboarding process.
  • They will be paying Application fees first through Payment Gateway and after that they will have to fill the form and upload the required documents.
  • Final step would be to pay the pre-defined EMD amount through Payment Gateway and after successful payment their form will be considered as successfully submitted form.

/// Nominated Auditing Officers

  • Nominated auditing officers are third parties for the purpose of reviewing the applications and ranking the applicants.
  • Separate Login credentials will be provided to access the database by Nayara Team.
  • 2 officers will be able to access the database for reviewing the applications.
  • They will be having the option only to download the applications of the applied applicants through the web portal.
  • They will be reviewing it offline and ranking them according to their merit.
  • Auditors will have 40 days to review all the applications

/// Admin User

  • They will be getting the status of the number of applications filled by the applicants.
  • They will be getting a count of Interested Applicants and Submitted Applicants (Ones who have successfully filled the form) zone wise.
  • Admin Users will be able to access and download MIS Reports in the xlsx format.
